In 2003 on the production facilities belonging to one of GC Impulse constituents - "Impulse-Plast" – modern overseas equipment for manufacturing products from polymer materials was brought to operation. Manufacturing of a wide range of polyethylene products has been established, namely polyethylene tanks, fuel tanks, road blocks and buffers, mobile lavatory booths, sewage waters treatment systems, flower pots and other products popular with a consumer who chooses a local producer for affordable high quality items.
The products are manufactured on modern high-capacity rotational moulding machinery equipped with electronic quality control systems. The process of rotation moulding allows production of both small- and large-dimensioned items of simple and complex configuration with evenly distributed thickness.
To create the rotation moulds for the products with modern design top local and international experts were attracted. There are some obvious advantages of the rotation moulding process in comparison with the other technologies of plastic items production:
