Factory "Impuls-prom" is located in p.Balakirevo (Vladimir region) and is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, among which unique items can be found, such as the first in the world girth welder with laser seam control sensory device. Products quality is the number one priority and special attention is paid to the material from which the tanks are produced.
High-quality steel by Novolipetsk metallurgical plant is used for the tank body. Membrane is produced from modern synthetic rubber material – EPDM. Owing to the material’s excellent ductility properties the membrane can bear 100 000 cycles of dynamic loading, which means it can be used for up to 10 years. Since the membrane does not react with water it can be used in systems of drinking water supply, which is confirmed by the certificates of conformity and hygiene certificates. Membrane working temperature range is from –10˚C up to +100 ˚C.
The modern equipment installed in the plant’s workshops further assures the highest quality of the products. Apart from the above-described machinery forging line deserves a special mention. It is equipped with technology that ensures absence of the inner seam. The painting line is fully automated. Painting is performed by electrostatic method using Dupont (France) powder paint.
Each production stage has its own quality control thus ensuring that prior to each procedure the results of the previous steps are checked. Additionally the wash fluid is examined regularly (in order to ensure even coating of the tanks). The wall thickness of each tank is also checked. During the production process is tank is given an index number, thus making it possible to trace each and every possible mistake at any time.
Factory’s finished goods warehouse has storage capacity for over 30 000 tanks and allows loading of several vehicles simultaneously. Very importantly the company has its own service and spare parts centers enabling purchasing and replacement of the worn out parts, saving the need to replace the entire tank.
