Establishment of the Research And Development Enterprise ‘Impulse’. Scope of action – reduction of boilers’ harmful emissions into the atmosphere.
1993 г.
Industrial boiler rooms construction department came into operation; the first boiler room for the 40 tones of steam for Cherkizovskii meat-processing plant is built.
1995 г.
The strategic partnership with ACV (Belgium) is initiated; 9 industrial boiler rooms are constructed with the total power reaching 61MWt.

1996 г.
The first rooftop boiler room in Russia is built. The first retail shop for heating equipment is opened in northwest of Moscow. Branches ‘Impulse-South’ (Rostov-on-Don) and ‘Impulse-Neva’ (Saint Petersburg) are opened.

1997 г.
A wholesale department is created.
Branches in Kiev, Minsk, Tolyatti, Novosibirsk and Nizhniy Novgorod are opened. 14 industrial boiler rooms are constructed, 5 of which are rooftop. An industrial base in Moscow region is acquired.

Construction for the new head office in Petrovo-Dalnee, Krasnogorskiy region of Moscow is commenced. Collaboration with RAO ‘Gazprom’ is initiated to work jointly on industrial boiler rooms.
A project to create a network of retail outlets ‘Termoclub’ receives a green light. A training centre is opened.

Number of overseas equipment suppliers reaches 57 (Germany, Italy, Sweden, Canada, China, France, UK, Switzerland, Denmark, Spain, Belgium, Holland).
The first in Russia modular-design industrial boiler room is built for RAO ‘Gazprom’ with the total power reaching 32MWt. ‘Termoclub-South’ and ‘Termoclub on Alekseevskaya’ – the retail outlets in Moscow – open for business.

Office complex in Moscow region Petrovo-Dalnee is completed. GC Impulse wins a tender commissioned by The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) for construction of 11 boiler rooms in 5 Russian cities. The first in Russia internet-shop for heating equipment starts functioning. Branch ‘Impulse-Ural’ (Chelyabinsk) is opened. A plant for antifreeze liquid is opened with the operating capacity of 500t/month.

Branch ‘Impulse-East’ (Yekaterinburg) is opened. Water purification is now included in the company’s specialization. A thematic magazine ‘Aqua-Therm’ is published for the first time.

Branches open in Voronezh, Samara and Perm. The total capacity of the industrial boiler rooms constructed during the year reaches 120MWt. An exclusive agreement to supply Baltur (Italy) burners in Russia is signed. A production of PPR pipe Aquatech begins.

Production of polyethylene items on the rotational moulding plant ‘Aquatex’ commences.

First experience of participating in international trade fairs as an exhibitor (Kiev, Prague).
A regional warehouse is opened in Krasnodar, along with retail outlets ‘Termoclub’ in Sochi and Barnaul as well as ‘Termoclub-North’ in the Moscow region. The retail network now contains 23 outlets.

A new production plant Aquatech-Plast starts operating in Rostov. In Sochi a wholesale warehouse is opened.

The company celebrates its 15th birthday. In Pyatigorsk and Novosibirsk wholesale warehouses are opened. The construction of the new plant commences in Balakirievo, Vladimir region.

2008 г.
The first automated factory in Russia for manufacturing pressure tanks ‘Wester’ for heating and water supply is opened. PPR-manufacturing plant ‘Aquatech’ expands its shaveless (не требующая зачистки) multilayered PPR pipe product range.
Regional warehouses are opened in Stavropol, Volgograd, Kazan and Omsk.
